Digital Products and Course Access

Duplicate Payments

If you are charged more than once for the same purchase due to a technical error, please contact us immediately. After verification, the duplicate payment will be refunded through the original payment method.

Subscription Plans

If EDVA Academy offers subscription-based services, cancellation of a subscription will prevent future renewals but will not automatically entitle you to a refund for the current billing period unless required by applicable law.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method used during the transaction. Depending on your payment provider or financial institution, it may take 7–14 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account.
